- Third graders watched Reading Rainbow’s Sunken Treasure to learn about the shipwrecked Atocha. They created an imaginary island and then added mountains, rivers, forests, etc. Fish, dragons, whales and ships were drawn in the surrounding sea. A compass rose completed the picture.

First graders worked with texture and shape to create these adorable Rudolphs. They used large brushes to swirl glitter paint for the sky. Corrugated paper, fluffy cotton, fuzzy poms and shiny wiggle eyes were used for the reindeer. Students had fun posing the head and legs to show movement.
